2. Engagement and services
Services are provided under a separate engagement letter agreed with each client. The engagement letter sets out the specific services, fees, and obligations of both parties. These Terms of Service apply to use of this website and the client portal. The engagement letter governs the professional services relationship.
3. Website use
The content on this website is provided for general information purposes only. It does not constitute professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. Legislation and rates change - always verify current rules with a professional or directly with HMRC.
You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.
4. No audit services
We do not carry out statutory audit work. We do not hold audit registration. If you require a statutory audit, we will tell you so and you should seek specialist audit firms.
5. No investment advice
We do not provide regulated investment advice. We are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. Nothing on this website or in our communications constitutes a personal recommendation to invest.

We do not use the titles "Chartered Accountant", "Chartered Certified Accountant", or similar restricted designations. We are supervised by HMRC for anti-money laundering purposes (reference: XCML00000217743) and registered with the ICO, but are not affiliated with ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA, or similar professional bodies.

Our liability to clients is set out in the engagement letter. Our liability is limited in accordance with that document.
